FBCI Introduces Two New Opportunities: May 21st and June 10
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Dear Form-Based Coding Colleague,
Do you know someone who doesn’t have the time or inclination to take a 2-day course from FBCI but wants to learn about Form-Based Coding? Want to help those elected and appointed officials understand the concept, or share it with your co-workers?
On May 21st, FBCI will be offering its first Webinar: Learn How Form-Based Codes Can Transform Cities and Towns. Collaborating with New Urban News, FBCI has designed this 90-minute session to provide an introduction to FBC, touching on why FBCs and how they are developed and used.
This will be a live webinar with the opportunity to ask questions of the talented presenters: Dan Parolek, Bob Sitkowski and Bill Spikowski. Cost for the weblink is only $150, with a discounted rate for nonprofits and government officials. Credits available through APA/AICP and AIA/CES total 1.5 hours.
June 10th FBCI is giving an intensive one-day Introduction to Form-Based Coding course as CNU 17 opens in Denver. Faculty members for this new FBCI course are Victor Dover, Bill Spikowski, Dan Slone and Joseph Kohl. The course begins at 8AM with a brief continental breakfast and continues through a working lunch, ending at 5:45PM. Cost for this jam-packed day is $250. Credits available through APA/AICP and AIA/CES total 9 hours.
Please share these two opportunities with co-workers and on listservs for persons who might be interested.
Thanks!
Carol Wyant
Executive Director
